Then there are options for non-diet health
  • Apple Cider Vinegar drink
  • Colon Cleansing
  • Parasite Cleansing
  • Fasting regularly
  • Raw Food plans
  • Low Carbohydrate Menu
  • High Protein Menu
  • Low sugar
  • No artificial
  • No gluten
  • No animal products
  • Vegetarian
  • etc.
How does a person sort out what it good versus what is fad/wacky?
